Love the kss 60 36v. Not sure if it's just because it's a new toy or what, but it makes work more enjoyable. It's very powerful.

As an MT55CC owner, I totally understand the quality & precision of Mafell, so with that already acknowledged and understood:
Quality aside, is there a specific reason why Erikas are so expensive in comparison to competing site saws?
Having never seen one up-close-and-personal, I'm genuinely interested to know. Cheers.

Along with the optional sliding fence and the pull function you can really get a lot done with the saw. You can cross cut pretty much whatever you can support. My 85 has a 3hp motor... find a site saw that has that kind of power. It also has an ingenious built in stand that can level on some pretty jacked up spots. It folds up real small and is easily stored. So pretty much it's the perfect job site saw, zero complaints.

Except for the video I posted, from the others I’ve watched it seems like having this saw on site would make confidence and productivity soar.
holmz, did you purchase locally or overseas? If overseas were there any import hurdles?
