It's a great hammer. I'm all about shedding weight these days. Every ounce counts.

What is your screen name on that forum? I'm actually not a member of CT or any other forum. I just check in over there sometimes to see if any threads look interesting. Yeah, your name calling on CT was very much sarcastic and created some additional funny posts by others. It was related to the new Fien 350 and the Festool Vecturo. I really like the CT forum when I browse it. If I ever joined I would use the same screen name just for consistency etc. I think it's interesting to read about Mafell on CT also, quite a few varying opinions.

Don't dare criticize festool, or there's certainly going to be a pissing match. Don't get me wrong Festool makes some great tools but they're not a perfect company by no means.

Festool has perfect tools for some people but not everyone. It all depends on style of work and how an individual solves problems. There are more and more great tool companies opening up to the USA market. Thats going to make it tough for companies like Festool when tradesman learn that about Mafell, Mirka, and more.

Has anyone watched this guy? I find him to be so funny and way too smart. Watch this video and enjoy the gutting of the competition.

Ya that caused a big tirade there. I've been watching his videos for a while. I like seeing what makes things work. If he were to tear apart an mt55 (not mine) and found the cuprex motor was nothing more than an oppressed gerbil on horse steroids, I don't think I'd stoop to the personal attacks that were being hurled around on the fog. Shane went so far as to post a warning and the serial number of the tool assuming the guy was going to sell it. He's got some good insights, take it or leave it. Perhaps members here can have a civil discussion about the video.

Don't get personal, It is not my saw, nor my gerbil. They control the propaganda well on FOG. It should be FFBC (FT Fan Boi Club). Some of the expressions he was making had me in tears. "Keep your stick on the ice" was one.
