So I figure it'd be good to start a thread to consolidate the modifications im planning for my Erika. I just got the shipping confirmation for the Incra TS LS 32 wonderfence, Incra prl-v2 router lift, porter cable 75182 router motor and jessem clear cut stock guides. Best...day...ever.

I'm not sure what 230v routers fit that lift...??
Your's looks like it should be more tricked out than this, but he has some potentially useful info:

Ok that's pretty slick of him and offers a nice clean look. Mine will need to be different as im going to. Need to mount the Incra rails onto the Erika so the fence has attachments at all 3 points. The table insert he made is definatrly on the list of things to do though. Good video Holmz thanks!

Ernst has made 3 videos in that series detailing the router table/lift priject. He's got some clever ideas.

A Jessem/WP lift in it would be nice... Now I went through the list of Bosch, PC, hitachi, etc and none are shown as available in 230v.
I suppose I could use a transformer, but on high amperage it is the worst, and the 50-Hz into a 60-Hz us is also bad juju.
Ideally some insert like what Ernst did, but using a thicker composite board for stiffness and dodging the shim.

Have a look at the Triton TRA-001. I think it's the perfect router for use in a table! 2400W of power, not expensive, excellent built in above the table raise-lower system and auto-spindle lock for above the table bit changes. All you need to do is drill a hole in the table top or router plate and you're set. Doesn't get much better than that if you ask me.

The Triton is available here in 230v.
Looks like a winner on an Erika.

Having the router be 110v is t really an issue for me as it is so readily available here. Getting the 220v for the Erika is actually the pain in the butt part. My CT vac is also 110v so I usually have a 110v cord run to the Erika for that and then the Erikas 220v as a home run into an electrical panel.
Btw T-minus tomorrow night for the incra stuff to arrive. Christmas in April for me.

Semi-useless update but an update.
The Incra LS- TS arrived and I've unboxed it. This stuff is very seriously built. The attachments for the rails seem to be pretty straightforward. They bolt into the pre-drilled mounting holes of many full size cast iron saw tops, on the sides. The plan is to drill and tap the right size into the face of the dovetail groove on the Erika. Looks promising so far!

Consider some dowel pins to locate it. Keep notes brother, as you may be providing inspiration(s).

Alright so I've tried multiple ways of uploading the pictures and Im still stuck so I'll just give you an update.
The brackets for the Incra rails bolt directly into the side rail of the Erika with the right sized machine screws. The dovetail groove is held onto the saw by 5x M 5 screws. I took one out at a time and put a longer M5 screw intk the slot. It needed a few different washers to upsize the it to be able to clamp the bracket in place but it's tight and extremely simple. Going on McMaster-Carr now to find some better quality screws for this.
That's as far as I'll get for a few days as Incra did not send out the custom sized base plate. No big deal i spoke with them and woodpeckers and they already fabricated and shipped it out by the end of the day yesterday.
The rest of my router pieces showed up yesterday and I unpacked and messed wth them. The prl-v2 router lift is top notch and I've already got the porter cable router motor mounted and ready for it. I paid the 10$ for the lift template and the fit on that is perfect. Also included in that order were the jessem clear cut stock guides and a wicket digital height readout.
Catch up with you guys when the base player arrives and if there's any questions just ask.
