Yeah look in my Cantex area post. ATL make it here... stiffer than steel I would probably use 2 thinner sheets with an absorber in the middle to deaden it.

Mate, there are a bunch of places in the US that have it. Some in 1/4" which would require 2 or 3 to be glued up.
I would use some "green glue" to sandwich them together if it wants to sing.

So I took the new setup out for its first real spin today.
Backstory first. Last year I installed a full arched top front door for my wife for Christmas. It came with pre-bent african mahogany brickmold for the exterior. I opted not to have them make me interior trim as a piece of paint grade flat stock with a little detail was 450$, no thanks.
I did wainscoting and fancier 4" trim around the windows but the inside of the door has been untrimmed since. I had the form all cut just hadn't gotten to the trim.
Enter the Erika with the Incra rails. So to make this trim I started with 2 seperate 12' lengths. I was taking approx. 3/8" rips, depending on where the cut would fall on the profile. Id then have to remove that amount from other piece but add the kerf of the saw back in (3mm).
Using a good set of calipers I was able to transfer the cut amount to the saw for setup. Id bring the fence close and then flip it to incramental mode and bring it so the calipers just kiss the fence and the saw tooth.
I know for a fact I couldn't have done this by measuring and tapping a beisermeyer type fence, im just not that skilled. The other thing that made it doable was the jessem clear cut stock guides. I needed dead straight rips so that the profile kept lining up and again im not skilled enough to feed a 12' piece of flimsy ass mpulding through the saw to get perfect cuts.
So all in all im LOVING the new setup and would recommend it to anyone. I was able to have everything out of my trailer and set up in less than 10 minutes including tapping into my electrical panel for 220v. Im a pretty satisfied customer over here!

So I figure it'd be good to start a thread to consolidate the modifications im planning for my Erika. I just got the shipping confirmation for the Incra TS LS 32 wonderfence, Incra prl-v2 router lift, porter cable 75182 router motor and jessem clear cut stock guides. Best...day...ever. Looks like it maybe be on sale: www.incrementaltools.com/INCRA_TS_LS_Table_Saw_Fence_32_Range_p/ls32-ts.htmBut is this the right part? And shat is the 'wonder fence'.

Could I ask what are the height and width of the Incra rails? They appear square.

Holmz the wonderfence is for routing it's an attachable split fence with a lot of accessories. The regular Ts-ls is what your order of you don't ever plan to use it with a router.
I'll get you some exact measurements on the rail sizes tomorrow I've got it all set up at work. I'll say again though that it's the most amazing fence I've ever used. I've been making sills and packing out terribly out of plumb windows and it's been so much more simple.
