Sorry to have taken so long to post this, but I did manage to contact the people at Orbital Fasteners. I'm not sure if the added pressure from local inquiries helped or not, but in case it did, thanks!
The price for the 2X 1600mm Bosch rail set (w/ connector and bag) was £99 plus £52 shipping to Southern CA, USA, for a grand total of £151. Orbital will not accept anything internationally except bank wire transfers, so that tacked on an additional fee to convert USD to GBP, but apparently there are no other brokerage fees from the shipper, UPS.
So I believe my final price in USD was: $236.30 + $35 bank transfer fee = $271.30. That might change if I suddenly get a bill for duty, but so far so good.
Shipping took less than a week once they got the funds. I wouldn't say the box was well packed, as it was simply a long cardboard box with the rails in the bag inside (very little other padding). The box was pretty mangled when it got to me, so I was worried, but the contents inside were fine - rails flat and straight. I don't know how TW ships their rails; maybe in the same type of box? Other than that moment of trepidation seeing the box (and I suppose, the hassle of wiring money) it was an overall pleasant experience, and I think I saved some $ over TW.

Been giving my new 400 a nice workout lately - cutting all the framing for an 8 metre long, 2.4 metre high exterior screen I'm building at home. (mostly 90 x 45 PT). Once finshed, I'll start framing the deck that will run along half it's length, x 5 metres wide. The screen will be clad in cement board, painted with a textured paint, but not sure if I want to cut that with any of my Mafell saws, or borrow a pair of electric shears. I have a saw blade already, but it will mess with the splinter strip on my rails. This saw is a great combination of workhorse/finesse.

I have one, but have not used it. The Hitachi blade works a treat in a p1cc. You can also put on a new splinter strip or remove the one you have... I would not mind seeing a picture of what you are doing, as I have a similar request.

I have the Carbi-Tool blade, used it in a cordless saw that I no longer have. It's 160mm, with a 20mm bore, so works with common track saws as well. Cost about $140, which is half the price of the one that Festool Au sell. Just not sure if I want all that fine dust in and around my MT55 or KSS400.
Will take and post some pics, once I've finished framing.
