I have also been checking in to see if there is a review. I just didn't want to be rude and pressure you like the other guys....now hurry up and post your review.
This is coming from a guy who hasn't really reviewed anything and can't figure out how to shrink pics small enough to post anything useful so you don't need to take me seriously.

any photo editing software should allow you to shrink a picture, or if you have it posted on an online photo site such as google + or skydrive you can just link to the picture.

Okay, okay, I'll work on putting a video together . I did a full review on the P1cc but it was something like 28 minutes long... so I never published it. I need to learn to talk faster and provide a little less detail.

LoL! Thats a long video. I'm having a hard time imagining what you talked about for that long......did you take the thing apart? LOL . No disassembly, I just spent too much time talking about each feature and how it compared to my Bosch 1590EVS. I decided the best option for me, is to break my videos up into segments. Then I can go into detail on certain features and someone could choose to watch just that video. I'll give that method a try on the KSS first then go back and re-do the P1cc.

You'll work it out if I was to do a demo of the ks80 I would do a video of doing a hip roof of the hip rafter and the jack rafters

Ya all manner of rafter cuts and if achievable, stair stringers. Use of the saw on f tracks and free hand. Plunging, bevel adjustment blade changes and blade dimensions to see if tenru had something usable

woodie- I have 3 questions for you about this saw 1-This is a unique saw with an interesting range of power, depth, rip, cross cut options. Just curious what you are mainly using it for, or plan to use it for? 2- It looks like, from the depth of cut listing, that it will be just shy of cutting through a 4x4 post is one pass (3 1/2"). Is that the case? 3- That motor is a beast. Are you a little bit scared to make that video of the saw in use?

Excellent video and good review I had wondered if the kss80 in 110 was still 2300w that's good to know it is. The ksp85 in 110 are only 1800 compared to the 220 which 2250. I wonder if mafell with there larger 110 motors are slowly thinking about coming into the UK and US markets with there bigger tools in 110. Like the way you can flip the guard out the way. Next up will be some action videos

Woodie, thanks so much for that! I know we bugged the hell out of you for this, but it's a drool worthy piece of machinery. Looks like the kss track for the 80 uses the same splinter guard and anti slip inserts as the standard F tracks which is great. The kss 300 has their own system for this. Also had no idea about the depth rod, that is an awesome feature! Great video that answered any question I had
