I bought the 0.1mm oversized drills that Mafell offers for the DD40. I'm interested where you use/need them?

The largest I have is the 12mm and the smallest is 5mm. Although I'm still planning on getting 3mm for small shelf pins. Check out the Link for pricing. www.mafelltoolstore.com/dd-40-p-duodowel-system-powermax-in-mafellmax--120.html The prices just seem so high considering CNC's and drilling machines use this tooling and are much cheaper. I have been doing some research and might have found an alternative but I will have to investigate. The quality might not be comparable. .1mm? The smallest I see is 3mm......where did you get .1mm bits and dowels?

I've got a couple of the 16 can't mind the price but mind they weren't cheap. Do you find the .1 bits an advantage
