Jalvis- You mentioned your miter saw stand. Did you do the paulk design on it as well. I followed the links that ghostfist posted to his site and youtube channel. He makes a lot of cool stuff. No I didn't following the Paulk design. My Miter stand is closer to Gary Katz design but with holes for the Festool clamps. www.garymkatz.com/ToolReviews/extension_wings.htmlCool. I happened to use the same Kreg stops for my miter stand. I altered the stops a bit and really like them. It saved me a bunch of time just today on repeat cuts.

Oh you meant Ron Paulk's bench, sorry I didn't notice the discussion moved away from Timothy's workbench to Ron Paulk's design. I actually bought the plans for Timothy's workbench as it's small and mobile but Ron's bench is also great, I also have that design somewhere.
Timothy is from Belgium just like me, he's a Festool guy as you can tell from his design and color scheme, very friendly, I exchanged a couple of mails with him and he gave me some good advice too.

Timothy seems to have a well equipped shop at least from what I can see. It would be nice if he gave a shop tour.

Just bought the plans for Tim's table for € 9 that's a bargain, looking forward to build it Bought Timothy's plan 2 a few days ago and will build it during the next weeks. I Thinks its a great design that fits my needs. Cause a friend of mine sells aluminium-profiles (hope thats the right word) i'll try to make the frame of the table out of it. Will show you the results as soon as i finished it!

Would like to know how it goes and what you use.

All right i'll meet him within he next 2 weeks hopefully to check out which profile size i need for it. 30x30mm will be too small i think for the festool clamps, hopefully 40x40 is enough. More will be too heavy i think... In this case i use the original design... Will post pictures here asap!

What Tim did with the legs was make them out of hardwood so he could put dog holes in them. In this case it was easier for him to use his domino joiner and spare Domino's as dogs. Could be just as easily done, if not easier, with the dd40 and large dowels.

Thats exactly my plan Haven't made an exact plan now, but thought about doing 12 or 14 mm holes with the 32mm system from both sides of the legs with 16mm offset (man its hard for me to explain in english, hope you understand ;-) ). But precision shouldn't be the problem with the DD40P :-)

My time in Germany, they all claimed they couldn't speak English very well, yet everyone could. Meanwhile I could go about as far as ordering more beer, conversation wise
