I only come here now to pretend I have sub's like you. ( The template: Is it set up for the little saw, a router or a jigsaw? ) Thx Kraftt, it's set up for a little Rockwell. Believe it or not it cuts a very smooth radius. However I use a router to cut the inside curve.

What's with the fire damage on the midpoint of the front deck bearer in your "before" pic? An electrical fault, a BBQ gone wrong or what? Lucky it was caught in time.

I see a little 18v fuel 6.5 saw. I have some batteries and have wondered about this saw as a utility / pass around tool, any opinions?
…. the Grex is used to temp tack at this stage to steady larger fastening?
