No I've spoken with him and an aerofix won't be in for another 4. Is all good I just thought I'd rant about it here because I figured it was someone from the forum.

Got the longer hose! According to the back of the box it's 1350mm long with no tension and stretches out to 3200mm.

Great, guys! I am using the long hose for everything, right now, because there is a little more slack to work with, when in actual use. Anyone else finding this? There is a slight learning curve to coordinating the Aerofix with changing pieces and the saw. All-in-all, a very impressive system.

Today, I found that the Aerofix was easier to coordinate by having it controlled by the vac and plugging my MT55cc into a different power source. Hope this helps.

I was thinking of this myself actually (still waiting on mine). Set the aerofix and engage by turning on the vac avoiding the auto start of the vacuum by the tool.

Thats exactly what I was thinking about the system.
Although I would put the Vac on a remote switch so I could simply reach in my pocket to operate the Vac.

Starting the saw over the material being cut then pulling the saw back to plunge seems to work well for me. This keeps the rail from sliding or tipping up before suction is applied. Below is a clip I was going to include in a longer video I was trying to make. I scrapped most of the video because my lighting was so bad

I ordered the aerofix with the longer hose, and two kickback stops. You'll have to post your thoughts and uses for the kickback stops. I used the one that came with the TS75 when plunging into material. I had the saw lift on me once mid plunge, that was all it took to get me to use it. So far I haven't had the slightest hint of kickback with the MT55cc or KSS80.

The FIX is in! Got my delivery today and its a real nice piece of kit! Will test it all out tomorrow and will try and snap some good pics. Again I'm impressed with how Mafell works things out. Components are uncomplicated and there's really little fiddling about in order to connect everything. The attachment for standard F-tracks slides into the dovetailed extrusion and locks in place with a quarter turn from a single lever. I noticed the sealing gasket protrudes ever so slightly on this housing but it buts up perfectly to the anti slip gaskets factory installed on your existing tracks. Brilliant! The two kickback stops are also simply engineered and again lock solidly in place with a quarter turn of a lever. I anticipate these simple fixtures to be really handy for accurate plunge cuts in conjunction with the blade entry/exit gauge on my MT55. I now have 3 F160 tracks however (one of them Aerofix) and think my next shopping list will include a shorter run. Stay tuned

You should get the bosch kit and cut the rails down. Thats what I intend to do to get shorter rails since its such a good deal.
