Does anyone know if either the Festool OF2200 Will run on the Mafell guide rail or has anyone modified a base to do so?

I don't know, but I'm certainly looking forward to reading the answers to this question.

I cannot tell, and I cannot remember FSN OFA Kit 32 online documents show nothing but in the packaging there were heaps listed,

If it has the same mounting holes as the OF1010 then it might fit. The documentation I have claims that the OF 1010's 2 mounting holes are compatible with it.
For future reference for anyone looking up information on the FSN-OFA plate:
Bosch GKF6000...GOF2000 Festool OF 1010 Festool LO 50 E Dewalt DW26203 Dewalt DW621 Makita RP1110 Makita RP0900
All those are named explicitly with the screw hole patterns. There's also a detailed second page which shows which holes are used to mount those.
Nothing stops you from making your own holes in the plate or making an intermediate adapter plate to mount to an arbitrary set of holes on the FSN-OFA and then have a matching set of holes to your existing router as a sub base.

Started typing my post before i seen the one previous can see clearer with the video why Mafell/Bosch is compatible with the Festool but not the other way round! If the 2200 Holes don't line up cant really see it being more than a case or drilling and tap and die, But also wouldn't surprise me if the base was larger to give you no choice but to use there own guide rail a la Centrotec drills!

Or a drill and countersink on the holder. There are a ton of holes in it, so I would be surprized if it did not fit already.

I don't think you'd really have to drill on either the FSN OFA if you use a sub base that interfaces to the holes on the FSN OFA and then it has holes to interface to the OF 2200. You'd lose whatever thickness of plunge depth equivalent to the plate however.
As for the worry of the OF 2200's base being too wide, I just checked on my FSN OFA plate and diameter is between 7-1/2" to 7-5/8" for the flat circular surface.

Thanks for the measurements Reflector should get me my answer now!
Been trying to find dimensions of the base with no luck so if anyone has one they could measure would be greatly appreciated
Fitting to a sub base would also make taking the router out of the adapter so much faster so here's hoping
Also asked on the Festool forum so should have some answers soon for anyone else who's interested

This was a concern of mine but if it were to become an issue can soon be resolved with a Collet extension (although not cheap for what they are)

Just had a look through your thread and I'm doing this! the design is so much better than Festools on a better rail.
Will save £200 getting the OF 2200 EB-Plus Instead of the OF 2200 EB-Set
£75 for the base or £110 for the FSN-OFA kit and £25 for an extended collet and i feel i have a superior product

Please keep the board informed about how this works out for you. I, for one, am VERY interested.
Good Luck to you, Red

Do you have the 2200?
The LO-65 seems like a beast too.
