Mine is wearing a bit but still sticks. I worry that any solvents might mess with the bond on the non slip.

I would be careful using solvents I have the the older version of the kss400 the track come with same non slip as used on the flexi guide. When using on wet treated timber it worn off the non slip. What I needed to was place non slip strips as used on the pf3000/3100 (the automatic saw) into grooves on the bottom of the track. The new tracks for the 400 come with the same non slip strips as used in f tracks. Not sure what the solution is for flexi track

Can you post a picture of the underside of your track so I can see specifically how you fixed it? I will need to do something soon. Thanks in advance.

If you are struggling to get the anti slip I used the festool anti slip. It's a little wider and thicker but does work on a temporary basis

I got my KSS300 a couple of weeks ago. I really love it. I think I should've gotten this before the MT55CC. I like having both, though. I just think the KSS will be used even more. Before I bought it I spent a lot of time trying to decide whether to go for the 300 or the 400, but I am happy to have the small unit. I really like using it on the F rails for light sheet goods and I was surprised how well it ripped thicker hardwood too. I've used it on maple and oak so far. Oh, and I also replaced my trion with the P1cc.. Love that too. Goes without saying, almost.

My 300 is my most used mafell. I'll post a pic tonight when I'm not on mobile of why it was so handy today.

Also, is there much slop on the F rail since there are no adjustment gibs? Thanks!

Just a general question: I have a "new to me" KSS300. So far, I like it a lot. Most other tools I have purchased have an exploded schematic of all the parts for the tool plus a parts list with part numbers (usually near the back of the owner's manual). Or, I can go to ereplacementparts.com or toolpartsdirect.com or some other similar web site (where I can download the schematic and the parts list). So far, I have been unable to find any such schematic or parts list for my newly acquired KSS300. Where can I go for such information? Thanks in advance for any info.

If you look on the UK mafell website. You can look up part schematics there. I'll upload a link when I'm off mobile.

Don't know if I've posted anything along these lines before but I thought I'd drop a few tips on using this little guy.
1st, when using the flex rail, watch for any flop in the rail in front of and behind your work piece. This distortion can cause the saw to skip off the rail and into your track. The track is very thin and the 300 cuts it easily. Trust me on that one. To correct for this, I just throw a small piece of scrap, equal in thickness to the material you're cutting.
2nd, try to tip the blade away from the track when lifting the saw up off of the track at the end of your cut. The spinning blade will eat some of your splinter strip otherwise
