Yeah, I know it would be expensive if you were in the US though. We have one shot at life, so giving these sort of things a go is what living a full life is all about. 'Good on ya', and best wishes for the healing up.

Seems like a good time to share what I have in my workshop window. The bike is your friend. In case anyone accuses me of hipsterish tendencies, that's an original Rudge cottered crankset, possibly 1930s. Attachments:
