Does anyone know when the Erika 55 was made from/to; likewise for the 'E', and the 60..?

I don't usually 'bump' posts, but someone here is selling a 55 that looks in good condition, he says it's about 5 years old.
I thought the 55's were a 'much' older model than that.
No date stamped on the serial number plate.
Model number 970901 - not turning anything up for me.
