Hi guys(and gals), I've been lurking for a while and bought myself a plunge saw, 'the best there is..' I'm trying to register it with Mafell but I can't seem to register it online. Does anyone know if there a problem with the site?
Apologies for the first post being an 'issue'.

Having been trying to do this for almost a week, I have now emailed them via their website so hopefully I'll get it sorted.

Just had a look, all working here for me, logged into my account no problem. Are you trying from a phone?.. PC?.. tablet?.. some website forms can be fussy and not tested on all platforms. www.mafell.de/en/service/extra-services.html

Hi, thanks for replying. I've tried on my iPhone and my MacBook. I have tried resetting my password via the 'forgotten details' and it says reset email sent but I simply don't receive any email, I've not received any from Mafell at all and it isn't in my junk folder. I may try registering with a different email address and see if that works. I've never had any issues whatsoever like this using my email for buying and registering so I find it odd.

I have now registered using a googlemail account which again didn't send me the confirmation email so i did the reset password thing and it sent me a new password. I have completed the account, registration and changed the password.

Thanks blueuk, I was having the same problems, did the other email address too, which didn't work. Then I read your post about the google account, which worked like a dream. Thanks for sharing.

Does this apply to North Americans? Or do I just cross my fingers and presume my dealer will sort any problems out?
