Does anyone know of any tips or documentation for suggested speeds to use with different blades and materials being cut with the P1cc ?

I don't know of any documented recommendations. I got the brochures with the blades but it just states the obvious on which blades are made for wood, plastics, metal etc which is always marked on the packages of any blades anyway.
For speed it's not scientific and may sound funny but I just go on feel and logic. For example I needed to cut a notch out of a vinyl outlet cover and used the finest/smallest tooth metal blade on the slowest setting so I could get the combination of control without the teeth snagging and trying to rip the small plate cover out of my hand. As funny as it sounds I think the speed is sort of like finishing concrete- there are so many variables that you end up going mostly on feel and experience.
