Anyone tried these for cutting cement based boards in a kss saw? Going to get one for my 60 as have some hardi plank to install.

Years ago, Hardie was selling shears as a promotional item that highlighted the ease of use with their board compared to the rock/cement board that dominated the market...tough to cut-always crumbled with intricate cuts. Anyway, we found a couple of these in dusting boxes on the top shelf of an old-school masonry supplier in Brooklyn years ago. Great tool if you can find one, and if not, I think there are after-market shear kits that adapt to a typical drill that do the job.
Has nothing to do with the blade you were asking about, but its interesting in the fact that certain regional markets have difficulty accepting foreign alternative technology in the traditional way things are done...I think most Mafell carpentry tools were viewed this way in No America when they were introduced. I know the price didn't help either.

Well I got the blade and it's spot on for hardie and marley eternit in case anyone else is looking for them.
