OK, so I found the part I need in the exploded assembly diagram on the Mafell service site..

Now what? Can I order that part directly from Mafell, from a dealer, or

Or do I have to send the whole machine somewhere?

The service site has a "Price" number in the table, but I have no idea what that correlates to.. The part I need is priced "31" - I'm guessing that's not the actual price, but does anyone know?

I recently ordered a splinter strip for my KSS300 rail, and it was considered a spare part. The dealer (Tobias) had to get it from Mafell as a spare part.
