I've had my MT55 for a few months and having finally cleared down the first delivery of sheet material, I recently built a Paulk workbench in preparation for the next load. Here's the action shot - I ripped a sheet of 18mm ply into lengths of french cleats for the perimeter. Each half of the top was CNCd with a grid of 22x5 20mm holes on 100mm centers. The ply is very poor quality exterior ply, riddled with voids. In the next picture, there is a router and tracks inset into the far end, and the near end has t-track top and bottom for attaching stuff. The pulleys and threaded rod are attached with a wing nut on the underside. The bracket is 11mm ply with a section of t-track epoxied in the middle and a bunch of brackets and knobs. It nearly raises perpendicular to the table but there is a bit of wiggle I need to address. The workshop is about 23'x15'. The bench is 8'x4'. When I don't need it, it stores in the ceiling and I can drive in under it. And that's it for now. I haven't used the crosscut thingy yet, or finished the bracket at the other side.

I guess "anti-gravity" might be a bit misleading - it's clearly not on any sort of gravity-lift stand, but it does "float" up out of the way which is perfect in my space.
