Nice on any other interesting things apart from mafell Well I bought a nice new estwing hammer after I lost mine after 8 years. Stupidly boxed it in under a kitchen. Also got the dewalt second fix nail gun. 16g brads. Already got the first fix one so same batt platform. Will also be buying the dewalt green cross laser. Runs off the 10.8 volt batt and I can charge them on the 18v charger. I am going to sell my Cxs and get the a10 after using it great weight and grip size. Very robust.

Is that the new type estwing hammer I had to get a new one the other week after stupidly laying it down and couldn't find it. It did turn up the following week hidden in a little hole in wall

Thanks for the recon I was hoping to see a few more upgrades, i.e. using the kss 80's plunge mechanism on the 60 and maybe a new kss 400 but intriguing none the less.

That is still the old Bosch batterie I hoped it will be the change to the more powerfull LiHD I agree, this is disappointing,it's a missed opportunity, i think one 18v LiHD battery would have been perfect for the cordless kss60,it would have kept the weight down and still have provided plenty of power/run time for what it is primarily designed for, cross cutting, after all, metabo deem such a battery suitable for its cordless mitre saw and reports of its power/run time are very favourable.

The 36v is the metabo battery. All the tools that use the metabo platform batteries will work on the lihd batteries and it is planned to use them they just don't have a timescale as to when they will be introduced

Yeah I'm pretty sure. I know it does look like yet it's slightly different. Also looked at the spec between the two cordless saws the battery on the 400 says 2.6 amp, where the battery on the 60 says 36 bi94 wh. I might have a couple of numbers wrong there. Also the 400 uses an 1100 watt motor compared to an 1800 watt on the 60 not a 100% sure I brushless but think it is.
