I'm looking around for the best place to buy some mafell tools, I just had my van broken into and all my mafell stuff I've accumulated over the years has been nicked which is gutting to say the least.... Anyway I usually go to the DM tool show and buy my stuff from there as I get some freebies thrown in which is always nice but I cant wait till October and I'm wondering if anybody uses other companies or knows of any one who will give you a discount if you but more than a few items.

That's a shame. Not sure of the best place for price I use the saw center in Glasgow as local to me. It might be best to talk to Nathan at nma and he might be able to talk dm tools is to giving you a bit more of a discount. Also maybe check ebay I think saw and tooling had stuff for sale on eBay. Might have gone though. What tools do you require first

I'd seriously have a look at eBay.de - the prices are already a lot cheaper there, and with the exchange rate from GBP to EUR you will save masses. Delivery to France is minimal, but i guess for you guys, to delivery to UK won't be much more. I've seen great deals on the Erika 85, a combined kit of MT55 with aero rails and P1CC, also A10M cheaper there than anywhere else I've seen. Most German sellers will have someone there who speaks English OK. I always communicate in English, and a put a Google translate in German of the same message. As far as warranty goes, it's Europe, no problems, Mafell UK can't penalise you for buying abroad!

I'd also suggest buying from Germany, there's a couple of places which have very good deals, I've bought a few accessories and save a fair bit compared to buying in UK. The only issue over the tools is whether or not you use 110v or 240v. If 110v I think you can only get stuff in the UK. I don't think D&M can usually be bettered, or not by much.
