Looks like good clean work, even the blocking on the end wall in the 3rd picture looks straight. It looks like a re-build but is being called a restoration...what portion is the old barn? Looks like a fun one to be a part of.

So is this suppose to be a barn when finished? Looks nicer then just a barn.

Was built as hay barn in 1860s 40'/120' by a local landowner who owned 11000 acres his family donated the land for the campus UCSC. Now it will be used for supporting the ag program on campus as well as the local grade schools farming education. Price to reconstruct about 5 mil. Will post more pics soon

That Price seems extreme. Perhaps theres more going on then meets the eye....hopefully. Nice to see it being used again.
