I'd only be interested in the quick clamps. I have the LR32 with a long festool rail & if I was gonna change from that i'd likely get the dd40 with template.

Same here. I've not got a need for anything but the quick clamps and I haven't found a source for the Bosch FSN KZW quick clamps that will ship to the US. I find that the stock Mafell screw clamps occasionally loosen from the vibration of the saw. Anyone else experience that problem?

I haven't noticed my screw clamps loosen from vibration but I have bent them a little bit from not sliding them all the way into the rail then tightening. I would try the Bosch ones if I could find them too but as it is I really don't use the clamps much anyway. The rail stays put really well without the clamps.

I've had them deform from tightening too much, but not coming loose. I'm considering the aerofix sometime in the future...

Thanks in advance.

I would either order from Dictum.de or maybe get shane to get some in. It seems like a no brainer for ToolNut to carry them... (But my brain work differently)

You can directly order it from Amazon.de now, they lifted whatever shipping embargo they had on sending the 800mm kit to the US. Shipping is actually pretty reasonable usually and you need to remember to remove VAT off the prices. For the long holey rails you're still stuck. I ordered my two 1.6m holey rails from Dictum since Amazon.de wouldn't ship the kit a few months back. Link for the 0.8m rail kit: www.amazon.de/Bosch-Professional-Führungsschienen-Führungsschienenadapter-1600A001T8/dp/B00I053ER8/

Btw, I ordered the kit from Amazon.de yesterday after setting up an account there. My US version of Amazon would not pull up the item. With shipping it totaled out at $145 USD. Shipping is expected in about 10 days I believe.

For the next person that orders some, then I could use some of the d-handled clamps... (Or I'll do some big order through Germany.)

Ordered from Amazon.de Sept 14. Dispatched from France on Sept 19. Delivered to New Jersey, USA Sept 20. A big box that contained mostly French air with a few hard parts in it that arrived in good order. Total cost with shipping $143.65 Thanks for the heads up reflector.

Holmz, once I get through things in a few weeks I'll try to get back to how to make aluminum feet on a router table that will attach to bar clamps in the same manner as these Bosch units. On occasion I've used the small clamp version and they work fine. You guys seen to want the bigger version, which I haven't gotten to.

Picked up the Bosch clamps from amazon.de and they are quite nicely made and far less fidgety than the ultra-short screw-handled ones, but their inability to fit through an MFT or other bench dog hole at all is a massive dealbreaker for me personally. I'll probably use one to steady the far end of a KSS rail when I'm starting the super heavy 80 along it, but otherwise they're not really for me. Surprised there's no official offering between the short-and-flimsies and the Aerofix in terms of price, but the Aerofix is pretty nice.
