Had to shorten the title The M is for MAFELL!
How often? For what operations? Any surprises?
For instance, are you using one more or less than you anticipated?
My mt 55 has been used 2 times. I haven't started the project that I bought it for. Just trying to get ready for winter before I move inside and start the Bathroom and Kitchen rehab.

I don't use them everyday as I have more than one tool that can accomplish any given task. For me tools give me options and Mafell gives me more than any other brand for certain tasks. I tell people who have never owned a track saw that once its in there arsenal things will look different. Its the same for lots of equipment. It opens doors for new possibilities in your work. It also doesn't bother me if I own something that doesn't get used all the time. The point is to have options.

I'm a little bit the same. Years ago before I used a track saw I did what everybody else would do the old fashioned way have to mark out the line with either pencil or ping a chalk line then free hand or pick something I thought was reasonably straight then offset and use as a guide. What got me into it was working with a mate who had the festool system and after a very short time I realised how much easier no marking line other than the sizes and then not having to blow the line so you could see it or brush the stoor away. This was obviously before clicked on how also using dust extraction also helps your work flow. Not just for an end of day tidy up in the little women's house. My mist used are the kss saws. For me nothing us as convenient for site use. If I'm at home doing my own the Erika would be next as what I'm looking at easy repeatability of pieces. Then it would be the dd40 to help join the pieces etc. I don't use the jigsaw very often yet when I do I feel confident it will give me the results I expect. The other week at work u needed to alter the door heights and was able to use the kss saws off the rail and cut from both sides then the last bit finish with the jigsaw. I could of used the hand saw to finish. The jigsaw just made the task easier. At work I don't use the dust extraction as much as I should at home I use properly 99% of the time as I have better things to be doing than unnessary cleaning up when it can be avoided. The tools I'm using mostly depends on the work I'm doing. Maybe 15 years ago I got myself a Hilti 36v cordless sds as on the sites and the usual no power. Now for the last 8 years I've properly never used it must. So gas being put away. Now as I'm back in the land of the dark ages and no power I have that option there and can use it again. It does need replacing. When I do it will be another hilti 36v with the two batteries instead of the one

I would it's just that hilti have there cordless vac. If bosch did a proper cordless dust extractors for woodworking, then I would consider it. I might have to send bosch an email for one that's why I'm leaning that way

It really depends on what type of work I'm doing, but if I'm cutting something (most days) I generally reach for my KSS-400 first (roughly 80% of my cuts). Based on my work profile, if I could only have one saw it would be my KSS-400.
I don't use my MT-55cc nearly as much, but when I do it's a joy to use! I generally don't reach for my MT-55cc unless I'm processing sheet goods.
Now that I have my P1cc, I find myself using it quite a bit. It performs much better than my previous jigsaw, and allows me to tackle projects I would've previously skipped or used a different tool. I'm actively building up my blade selection. The Collins Coping Foot is a "Must Have" accessory in my opinion.
Now, to save up for an Erika 70 and MF-26cc.......

Mine are used to some extent every day. As Jalvis said elsewhere i use them hard as thats what they are for, dont abuse them but dont hold back either. What i like about mafell is they are so solid i dont fear damaging them although i am carefull not to drop the dd40 as that would be rubbish!

I have been using the ones I don't have in my mind every day. I find myself day dreaming about how I would make this cut or that cut if I had the Kss 300 or kss80 or P1cc. I have to put a few more tools on ebay. I'm almost halfway to the kss300.

The Erika has always been a day dreamer for me. That machine is a real marvel. Although lately the timber frame stuff is getting my dreaming attention.

Not sure how to define my amount of use, probably "occasional". I do a huge variation of the trades. I would like to specialize a bit more but it's a hard transition for me to make when all my clients seem to want me to stay broad and be a one stop shop for them. I go through spurts where I use the mafell tools all day everyday for 3 weeks straight followed by not touching them for two weeks. That said I have never had a bit of buyers remorse about any of them. When I need them they seem like the only real solution.
