This was done for a customer a couple years ago. It was built using the Kapex and TS55 mainly. I think I was fitting the insert outside so I didn't have to lug it into the basement shop. I was pretty happy with the results....

Thanks. That saw is capable of some pretty sweet work. I actually bought it when I did my own kitchen a few years ago and had some 6" crown and a bunch of pre finished moulding to install ..... Attachments:

Looks great.
I really like the Kapex as well. I've done work that only that saw could do. Its even sweeter with a different blade or the stock blade after the first sharpening.

Thanks...I have read good things about this blade. Might have to check them out when my stock blade needs a resharpening. I can buy them locally, which is nice.
