Has anyone used different saws on the same Bosch/Mafell track without one of the saws ruining the splinter guard for the other saw?
I'd be especially interested if anyone has tried a KSS 50/ 60 with an MT55.

Mafell is reasonably good at those margins, most the other saws are awful at it. Realistically you are aught to cut splinter guard on some soft material on one dedicated saw on one dedicated rail for long lasting, perfect performance, but... but Mafell is so accurate, that even with ruined (too short splinter guard) still produces perfectly acceptable results. Bottom line- got to use 0.3mm offset from blade housing to the edge off the cut (Mafell uses 1.5 blades with 1.8mm kerf) FesT at last caught up with it in sizes, but any other blade maker whatever the size you'd used got to work out 0.3mm and most likely you won't know the difference Give it a try, if you'll see red flarings plunging down either saw- post back to not to use, but if none of your saw were dropped or else damaged- that'll be fine.
