I am in USA and work in inches. I would REALLY love to replace the metric plunge depth sticker with one calibrated in inches.
Does anyone have such a scale that I can order?
I know I could figure out how to print one and laminate it then attach it to my saw but I would really like to find a peel and stick solution.

Not that I'm aware of. Maybe try a labelling machine... or learn metric :-)

All my other woodworking machines have inch scales. So it doesn't make much sense to convert all of them to metric to accommodate my track saw. Converting in my head on the fly is just asking for trouble.
I would just add inch marks to the scale with a sharpie if the scale wasn't black.
I don't think I could get proper spacing with a labeling machine. Printing card stock on a laser printer and laminating it is my best thought currently.
