Got a reply from the vendor. They say I am required to buy one. He quoted me below. new riving knife holder, part number 76 reference 207988 and this one i found: service.mafell.com/index.php?IdTreeGroup=12957&IdProduct=35018I can't see what it look like because mine doesn't look broken. This is why I need to unscrew those "square" screw and cover its cover so I can see what went wrong. I will find out this weekend.

That's not a cheap part, are you not under warranty?

It is under warranty but i am from Australia. Maybe I will ask the Vendor to speak to Mafell to send me that part.
But I cannot see what it look like. On Mafell website, I found the part number but no picture of that.
However, I need to unscrew those "square" screw. I saw the red plastic thing on the floor in the garage but not sure if it is related to my Erika 85....it is the only way to unscrew that so I will know whether it is broken or not.

Can you post a photo of the red plastic thing you found on the garage floor?

ibb.co/Ptd2LPZibb.co/g4hyDv7ibb.co/LCwRzMhOne of them I showed is there is a middle nut, actually it turned out out be hex bit but I could not get it out of it as it's very tight and the other two nuts are easy to get out of it.

The piece in your first picture is part number 44 on the 3rd page of images on the parts drawing on the link I gave you above. There several of them in the image, you need to look underneath and find out what one is missing. Mafell order number 202666 - it's called a 'Skimmer' in the parts list, you should have 8 of them on your model Erika. It looks to me like they clip around a bearing.
Looking at the parts drawing, the hex screw should some out easy enough, there seems to be no nut on the other end. Get the right sized allen key, put a length of pipe over it and slowly torque up until it moves.

Thanks for the advice, aas! But my hand is pretty poor (not strong to pull an allen key to uncover that shroud. I did try to use a screwdriver but I need a proper 7mm hex bit (impact driver). I will try to use that allen key that came with Erika 85. My hand is hurting all the time ...I make too many coffee every day as my customer demand me that I make one for them

ibb.co/g4hyDv7I forget to mention that...it seem very tighten, I tried with hex 6 bit but it doesn't turn as it is a bit loosen even though it look liek it fit but it is not. hex 7mm is needed or that Allen key is supplied by Mafell but my hand

Also, I don't know which way to pull clockwise or anti clockwise...doesn't want to damage it.

If a 6mm is loose, try a 7mm, you don't want to damage the head. I think it will be a standard thread, there are no rotational forces that would require a reverse thread.

That's what I did. Vendor (www.tradecounteronline.co.uk) helped me alot for contacting Mafell.
It turned out to be 6mm hex bit. I didn't realise that I set the power to low setting and that's why it won't turn.... so I set the high one, and it turned! Just bought 7mm one today and guess what it doesn't fit LOL... at least I will keep it for something else in the near future.
Finally, I just fixed the riveting guard and it was misaligned. So I re-aligned it. It was the cause by the loosen saw (my fault for not screwing it properly but that riveting guard saved me from injury or even death.
Just a little problem...I wasn't even aware that there were 2 wire connected to the metal shroud where that 6mm screw was. I turned it by using impact driver and it ripped it off.
I have turned Erika 85 on and it's running fine after perfectly squared, of course, without LED light on.....I have the vendor again about whether Mafell may send the spare part to me under warranty. Because they didn't want me about this....
I can use it without that LED light but it would be nice to have it because it help me see more clearly....
