So, something I've been pondering is, has it occurred to anybody to adapt the Eurekazone "Super Smart Routing Kit" to the Mafell F-tracks, or just have Dino custom machine some bases for us? I already have the kit, it works great on the EZ and Festool tracks. Rather than using a dial or knob to adjust my bit position relative to the track, I just use the perpendicular stop set and some brass set up bars for gross adjustments, and feeler gauges for minute adjustments. The base is universal, I have mine drilled to accept my Festool OF-1400 router. Granted, this setup won't readily work for drilling 32mm hole patterns, at least not without some creative adjustments, but if you're just looking to rout some dados or sliding dovetails this is a very serviceable solution, and available in North America! I'll take some dimensions on the F-track, and see if I can modify my base to work with the Mafell track, otherwise I'll contact Dino to see if he'd machine a batch of bases for us to order. Any interest? www.eurekazone.com/product_p/ezr2000.htm

Alright folks! Well, I finally got around to cutting a groove in my router guide to match the rib on the Mafell F-tracks, and the result works great!! I apologize for the poor lighting, I'll try to get some better photos in the coming weeks. As you can see, the router guide comes machined with two grooves that match the ribs on the EurekaZone and Festool tracks. I simply routed an additional groove using a 2mm wing cutter and my router table, adjusting the bit height until the groove was the correct width. In the setup pictured, I simply clamp a section of track to a table, then use Festool clamping elements to push the work piece tight to the track edge. Since the height of the SSRK is adjustable, it allows you to use the jig in multiple setups. Granted, $200+ your time modifying it to match your Mafell tracks isn't inexpensive, but since I already had it laying around it worked well for me. I'll try to update periodically with additional pics.

Tom,
Do you feel the Mafell track rib is substantial enough to have good control or keeping a Festool or EZ rail better?

Hi Jack!! Further testing will be needed, but based on the two passes I performed today, I felt that the assembly was very stable.

Looks good! I kept my SSRK and a couple tracks because I think it's such a valuable tool.

This looks pretty cool. I will likely keep my Festool tracks since I am already set-up well that way, but I can see the appeal. Thanks for posting.
