Anyone have one if these? Can it work with other brand routers like FT? Seems like a really nice guide.

Speaking of 100mm centre on the LO65 and Elu/Dewalt. Has anyone else managed to get the LO65 parallel guide to work with the LO50? roberthickman shows a picture of it here mafell-users-forum.freeforums.net/post/3443/threadBut at least on my LO50, which looks identical, the holes for bars are around 110mm centre, not 100mm I posted him to ask how he’s done it but he seems to be no longer active, surely someone here knows

Actually the picture is just showing the normal side fence - the LO-FA didn't come out until early 2020 I believe - and the thread you posted was from 2014/15.

Yes aas I was aware of that, I was just jumping on the thread because you were talking about the cross-compatibility of the 100mm LO65 bar distance to other makes. I have two of the standard LO65 fences (a pair being ideal for grooving beams) and one of the things that prompted me to buy a second hand LO50 was thinking I could use the same fences with it, the other being that It fits directly into the Erika router table extension. As it happens, I can’t make the LO65 fence fit to the LO50, but somehow in the picture I linked to, roberthickman has made it work; re-shaped bars perhaps? Has anyone get any ideas. I’m slightly tempted by the LO-FA fence, but I already have the Bosch rail router adapter FSN OFA and never use it, so I feel the LO-FA would share that fate. I just don’t find myself routing straight across panels, and if I did I’d probably use my MF26 groove cutter. It’s quicker and cleaner than using a router. Having said that, I like the way the LO-FA let’s you adjust the fore-aft position of the router relative to the rail. That could be great for cutting wider channels.

I don't have a LO50 (never managed to find one!)... but I think they use smaller bars - 8mm instead of 10mm. Can't see well enough in the picture you linked to maybe there is enough leeway to get the LO65 fence on the smaller bars on the LO50.

Thanks. For some reason that thread did not come up in my search. Appreciate the info @ aas.
How has it been in use?

It's a great rail adapter - used it once or twice - but my work varies so much a lot of tools will get some good use, then not needed for months on end.
I had a good look at it yesterday, and the standard LO65 guide fence - just for you!.. but I don't have the centres for the LO50 - I was guessing it was the same as the OF1010 (which I don't have either)... I can't see an obvious way it would work with the LO50 unless it can be forced in to go on 8mm bars.
Otherwise, try finding a metal worker who can dog-leg a 10mm bar for you to go to the right centres - it just needs to dog leg as it comes out of the router base, then go straight again to the guide fence / rail adapter - the other one can stay straight... or try it yourself with some threaded stock - I once made an adapter for a router using 1m long 10mm threaded bar going into a wooden block for a large radius. A couple of nuts each side served as adjusters and locking nuts.

I have both the LO 65 Ec and the LO 50 E and just went to measure them. The rod diameters are 10 mm and 8 mm, respectively. The center distances are 100 mm and approximately 107 mm, respectively
