I've got one, stuck it on a shelf and not really paid attention. There are photos on the internet of them stacking with other boxes though, even on top of the old style Metabo box.

Let's be fair them TM's and their "innovations" is constant and endless patent/licencing war, no wander tempers of end users get "tested" or end up frustrated. The exact very same reason why I don't mind importing Chinese (fake- non branded) alternatives, they can get away with, as long as the price is representative of quality. Same goes about every single tool and lengths TM's go to make them incompatible with others- AKA "loyal" to the one brand or the other. Video unrelated
From my personal perspective, never liked my Tanos (FesT) boxes, sold (broken), as getting all tools was cost prohibitive, keep on getting different solutions, that end up too heavy or... break like FesT.

You guys would be surprised by 12v Dewalt. The ball detent bit driver is fantastic. Pretty close to Festool control. Sure, Polyurethane housings and the cringe of plastic bits painted to look like metal. That said, I had nothing bad to say about the stuff I tried out. I do have a lot of bad to say about Milwaukee. I’ve been using the 12v Hilti stuff almost exclusively this month. Other than the irritating pitch of the electronic’s oscillators, it’s serviceable.

It's because of rude people like you that the helpful people like me stop using forums and giving advice for free. You only need to look through all the comments I have posted to show how helpful I've been to people here. Obviously it's not my job to educate you into being polite where either you parents / carers failed or you couldn't be bothered to listen / weren't smart enough. Using a bit of intelligence you would understand that people here are in different time zones, speak different languages and aren't always in their workshop / van etc to check something for you straight away. A little reply like 'oh great, could you have a look for me and see if I've missed something' would have been much more polite... (there you go, I can't help myself, being helpful again and giving you some free education!)

Different time zone? It's taken you 2 months to reply..maybe you are on a different planet? But just looking through your recent 'helpful' posts.. "I've got a box and I don't use it" "I've got a drill and I don't use it" The only thing you've let everyone know is you've got small hands. Lol. Unfortunately nobody can help you with that.. maybe you can make up for it with lots of big tools?

Hope they release more 12v stuff, lineup pretty small.

Richie please. This is the last forum I know where people don't fight each other. I'm sure aas is willing to try and report back if asked half way politely.

Why do two similar drills of the same brand have different attachments that to the same?

Thanks for noticing... a sign of our troubled times that people feel the need to be on the attack and be rude instead of being polite. English is my second used language, like others here, so taking the effort to help others while being polite and grammatically understandable takes a bit of time. I've seen helpful members leave forums from impolite comments.

Why do two similar drills of the same brand have different attachments that to the same? Different "generations". (Don't mean newer is better) all TM's do that....
