I've done some research but haven't found anything of substance.
Does anyone make a "universal" router mount for the Mafell tracks?
I have several routers of several different brands. I'm gonna make a worktop table and would like to use my plunge router on a track to cut the 3/4" holes.
Thanks in advance Will

( define "research".)
When you say make a worktop table, do you mean something similar to an mft top with 96mm spacing and 19~20mm holes?

I read everything I could find in the router section. I was searching "Mafell router guide" and mt55 router and universal router guide for Mafell.
I'm usually the one busting balls for not searching. This is embarrassing.
Yea, I'm gonna build something between what 7 and ron Paulk built. I guess what most would call a modified Paulk table.

Edit: I found and read all 3 of those threads that eoj posted. They're all a few years old. I thought maybe someone might know if something different seas being done now. I'll try to find one of the Bosch plates from overseas. So I don't have to wait until September.
I apologize.

just curious if you were aware of all the various template options: LINK
--------------------------------- The bosch/mafell rails are more versatile than people give credit. The coupler can be snugged to remove play while still sliding almost effortlessly, I'm not sure I would recommend it but if you were in a jam like I was one day you can countersink the coupling and bolt to it. had to adapt an old circle jig:

(The holes patterns available look like swiss cheese.) There are holes every 32-mm and you could probably use a 19-mm bit instead of 3/4... If you are metric inclined

Another option is the Lee Valley M-Power CRB7 universal offset router base.
It comes with a bunch of accessories so that you can jig it.
Having said that, if you’re just making 3/4” holes for traditional holdfasts etc, then any straight edge will do, or look up the Jig that Christopher Schwarz uses, since they’ll be for holding only and not for registering distances as with the MFT.
If you want to make an MFT top with metric 20mm holes then I would abandon routing and use the UJK Parf Guide drilling system. Goes with a forstener bit, but It uses a triangulation method to get the holes dead-on to 96mm x and y spacing.

That's exactly what I do when drilling frames. Only difference is sometimes I use a metal sleaze as well.
