Here is my assembly table. I built it without thinking ahead. It is way to big for my 2 car garage. It's about 3-4 years old now.

I think it is cool looking. Is the middle picture of the finished table? and the other two while building? or are the other two of it disassembled?
Do you have a picture of the top surface? It looks like a "real" workbench as opposed to a light weight portable one.

The dimensions are 49 x 72 inch and the top is 6.5" thick. It's a torsion box made of MDF, wrapped in maple, with hard board on top. The finish is General Finishes Arm-R-seal I think. It only looks that way because the final coat was still wet when I took the pic.

What's up with the rubber tiles around the bench is that to prevent denting when somethings falls?

The rubber tiles you are referring to will be anti slip mats you often find them in machine shops at the machine to prevent you from slipping
