Vacuum, systainer plate and 'hand clean' set arrived today. There was also a 36mm hose with it, as well as the 27mm AS hose - must have been part of the cleaning set? Just need to put a 3 pin plug on the lead, and replace the power outlet. Have ordered a Metabo one.

Having some trouble with my S25 - the vac activates when a tool is started, but doesn't automatically shut down. Any one else heard of this happening with a vac? Any tips?

Another thing is if you leave it set to r when you turn it on. People on site usually think their is something wrong with it

Also are you all 230 volt tool wise? If so I guess the only thing you need to do is to swap the plug on the vacuum.

Also had to change the power outlet - was able to order one from Metabo, which is a spare part for their 25L vacuum. If you want, you can make a short power cord with the two pin plug that you cut off the vac power cord, and a socket that's compatible with your tools. Leave it plugged in to the vac power outlet, plug your tools into that. The suction on this vac is amazing, much better than my old midi and the CT36 I borrowed while waiting for mine to arrive. All the Festool cleaning attachments fit, which is handy. The cleaning handle is much more comfortable than the Festool.

Ya the run on is to clear the hose of left over dust from the tool I'll time it later, but I reckon the 'run on' is 7 - 10 seconds. On the Festools' I've used it's about 3 seconds, if that.
