I've done lots of reading on here but decided to start my own thread on the subject. I just bought the bosch FSN OFA router 32mm guide that comes with the FSN RA 32 800 that has the indexing holes. I also bought a second FSN RA 32 800 with the holes. I also got two of the rail connectors. I am planning on ordering the MT55 with the Angle Fence F-WA from timberwolf this fall and add to that the KSS400 in the spring. So?? What other rail lengths should I be looking at getting? I found that toolstop still has a pretty good price with shipping to canada on the FSN 1600 kit www.toolstop.co.uk/bosch-fsn-plunge-saw-guide-rail-kit-including-fsn-1600-x-2-fsn-bag-fsn-vel-p62216But I was wondering if the FSN 1100 (or F110 from Mafell) would be a good addition as well. I've read that the F-WA gets a little difficult to use with the 1600 length rail and I think the 800 might be a little too short? Any recommendations?

I would still get the 1100 rail it is just do handy when cross cutting sheets 1200/4' wide. If doing angle cuts on a 1200 sheet the 1600 rail is really needed to cover the cut distance. The 1600 rail isn't a problem to position as long as you keep it off the anti slip strips do take the weight of the rail. I'm right handed do with my left hand I take the weight of the rail, with my right hand I keep the stock of the angle fence pushed against the sheet edge and slide to the mark. As long as the anti slip strips are not down there is no resistance. The 1600 rail works fine. If the cut is square it is too long

Brad - good advice so far. I am going to get 2 160 and then add one each of the other sizes. I have found with my Festool that it is nice to have a choice of sizes. It is great that you already have the smaller rail already so you should be covered. Of course, I really like the Aerofix so something else for you to consider if cutting sheet goods...

I just received my bosch FSN RA 32 800 and I am impressed so far. I still don't have anything to use them with but they sure are nice! It confirmed that I would like a 1100 and two 1600

I'm pretty sure we have seen them go in & out of stock several times already. There is info on another thread...somewhere...I am remembering someone calling them and Toolstop wasn't sure if they would be gettting more or not. Hopefully they come back they were a great price and super fast shipping.

Anybody see whether Toolstop has re-stocked this rail kit again? It's been months since I've seen it available.

It looks like toolstop may not be shipping to Canada on bigger items. I am getting this note on rails:
Unfortunately we cannot deliver this product to your region.
