Any good or bad experiences? I see that Axminster have some rail packages, with free shipping to Australia(!!!). X 2 1600mm rails Rail bag Rail joiner X2 of the new rail clamps AU$450. Seems like a great deal to me, but concerned about shipping.

I bought my first router from Axminster, 30+ years ago, an Elu 177E, it's still going strong. Back in the day, no website, but they had a huge paper catalogue with every tool you could imagine with next day shipping.
If anyone has experience in shipping tools - it's them.
I buy all my rails in France as shipping from Germany is expensive, even though there are plenty of expert parcel bashers here, never had a problem with a rail.

Axminister is one of those- you get what you pay for (often little bit more) and don't bother to squeeze anything of them - old style retailers, but I don't mind them... even I bought (impulse buy Flex Bammer), that didn't last a year and given up on it... ANW, if they ship to the upside down world- you are in luck, I wouldn't hesitate to speak to them first of all to be sure everything is as per required.

The feedback I've received from Timberwolf is that they did not have good experiences shipping tracks longer than 160. I suspect this is a combination of increased fees for the longer tracks, as well as increased chance of damage.

I know that NMA won't ship to Aus. TCO do, but their shipping is outrageous. Will take a look at the others.

Looks like they only deliver locally - UK, Scotland etc. I've just ordered some DDF40 dowel bits from Protrade, but they are getting sent to someone in the UK and they're going to forward them to me. Bit of a hassle, but no way around it without paying crazy shipping prices from Sauter, Dictum etc.
