Trailer build is looking good. Hopefully you will inspire me to get back at mine. It is done on one side but not the other & I need to get back to it. The way I did mine looks quite similar to yours.

Making progress at a glacial pace , will not be applying for a job at lincoln's cabinet shop making drawers......no fancy dovetails ,just glue and screwed . The drawer fronts on the other hand are purple heart ,ripped down wide boards in to skinny boards and reglued with a change in grain direction . Attachments:

Taking the trailer to the job site tomorrow . Finished the entry door mounts for the KSS rails ,satisfied with the protection and quick access for the rails . After 30 days of spare time work on the trailer ,it's time to see how it all works . Attachments:

Very nicely done. I help my wife at trade shows she sets up at and I saw a handcart that another vendor had that was intriguing for its stair climbing ability. It has carried some weight but I don't know its longevity. But I've seen other units that also had the wheels. Just thought it would be good to show here. There are more options. Eoj, your missing a bolt on the left split rim wheel.

No. There are a number of companies that make multi wheeled handcarts for stair climbing in different countries. If you interested in the concept search around in your area of the world. The picture was to show different styles. I watched a guy bring his items up a set of stairs with little effort, while others struggled. If members here have to bring containers or a saw up stairs or deck steps, this might be a good option.

Robo hand cart, I love it! I could have used that about 15 years ago when I had to use a come-a-long to get an item up a set of stairs.
I'll guess it's a little spendy.
