A month has come and gone since my p1cc broke the job I got it for is finished and still no sign of the jigsaw Not so good

No not a word. I was on to the dealer I got it from and all he could say is he hasn't got it back yet and that's mafell for you. I will let you's know if I hear anything

Well I got onto mafell in Germany about my pcc1 and they told me they had not received my jigsaw and they where very helpful and polite So on getting back on to my dealer and telling them this I was then told that it was not sent to Germany but to a dealer who has the service on mafell here Not want I was told when I returned it I have since got my jigsaw back so all is good and any delay on getting it back was not mafell's fault but more a dealer problem Any way all is good in the end and those in the U.S. Should be happy you have timber Woolf to deal with

Good news , mick Bummer to be without the P1 saw for a month ,should exceed expectations if working correctly .Enjoy!

Thanks Yes good to get it back No word on what broke hopefully it is not a common failure point I have a few mafell tools now and I would expect them all to last a life time. I still youse some of my late fathers tools some are 30+ years old

Um I don't want it to be a common problem especially considering the price tag. This has happened to two forum members so far.
