Ok, i see you mean in general, not in particular. While i do share you're sentiment, i do not have a computer any more and i think it might be easier to get an i-pad than to get a computer. But then, when doing proper photography, i'd have use a computer anyhow. Do you happen to know if an i-pad can handle RAW/NEF -files?
For serious photo work I still go back to cameras, and if real serious back to film (mostly because of the equipment I have). For either, it's back to Photoshop on my desktop.
For video, lately I'm doing everything with the iPad as I really like the editing, especially since I can edit and process wherever I am.
While that article indicates you can't use a flash drive I have a Sandisc iXpand flash drive that I've been using to transfer files back and forth from my iPad and windows. However, if you looking for great answers I suggest you consult with a teenager, not a guy in his 60's. although their depth of experience made be with selfies.
all: Thanks to all for supporting me. I want to learn or know. That's why I have come in here.

bengt: Oh please the ks60 is better in every way. 60 degree miter in both directions. Bevels past 45(essential in a saw that must cut on the flat) Bigger blade more capacity. The Metabo hpt has 57 degree miter max and 45 bevel max.
