I've questioned several dealers that use to offer Mafell in the USA and all said the same thing. Mafell doesn't want more dealers. At least not in the USA and Canada.

I have nothing but good support from Festool but that company and Mafell are not the industry standard, they are exceptional.
So far I don't own any Mafell products and I live over 3000 miles away from Timberwolf so, do they ship you products without shipping charges like Festool? Again, Festool is offering 3 year warranty with free shipping included what is the policy at Timberwolf/Mafell?

From what I know it's only 1 years warranty offered. In the uk and the eu it's, 3 years after registering the tools. Yet in germany and maybe a couple of other countries in the eu mafell offer leasing, 5 year warranties on some of the machines and insurance for a small fee. Which we in the uk can't get

It is one year and you have to pay for shipping when you buy the tool. I did have an issue with my jigsaw and Timberwolf took care of it immediately by sending my a brand new jigsaw and return of the old one and I did not pay any shipping. They also sent me a new tool before sending my old one back and so I had it faster than if I sent it in for repair. Their service was exceptional.
