Your English is fantastic - if it's not your mother tongue. or is it all a bit of a wank? Not sure what you mean by this, some of us on here are not perfect in English...

Hello mate, regarding the cut quality, I had similar problems when cutting veneered birch ply/mdf. I bought a Freud LP40M 60 tooth (not expensive) but found cut quality to be not good enough so went with the Mafell 60 tooth blade (092466) NMA or Protrade sell them, very expensive but what a difference!!!! If I take it a bit slower than usual and lower the blade I get no breakout. I don't know about melamine/formica birch ply as haven't cut any (yet) I also purchased some zero clearance tape by Fastcap. I haven't tried it but it would also work for sure. You could also try Wealden tools they sell a Triple chip blade which sounds very good. Cheers

I like the look of what has been done here - with the Incra. Hey that's my (old) setup I have since changed it quite a bit. Although it looks nice in the picture, the setup was quite a hassle. Too big for my small space. The long guiding rail for the sliding table was slightly bowed, which gave inaccurate cuts. The sliding table was also sagging to the left. You can see in the picture that the space between the bottom of the rail and the table saw is quite big. Lots of little quirks that made it very annoying to work with. I was constantly tweaking it to get accurate cuts. I've tried other mods to the sliding table but they were all quite "meh". The incra fence system is a very good addition you won't regret. Small side note, don't get the incra miter fence, get the hongdui one on banggood. It a lot better in terms of calibration options. I've since built a new mft style table with aluminum extrusions where I have incorporated the saw into. The Festool guiderail can be lifed with my diy hinge mechanism and then i'm able to place the incra rail in the dog holes with the incra precision plate to use the table saw. In the back of the picture you can see the sled I've made that slides into the aftermarket miter track (blue rail). This gives me two cross cut options. One with my festool saw and one with the mafell. The stock mafell fence that came with the saw has been modified and repurposed as a featherboard that can be attached to the blue miter track when ripping. I'm quite happy with this setup. It fits my small space a lot better and it's very flexible. Knowing what I know now, I wouldn't bother with any of the accessories of the saw. Just get the saw and build your own table around that with the incra fence. If the image below doesn't load, check out the link here
