Yes works perfectly well. I had to file a small amount off the sharp edges on the clamping piece (where it slides into fence) due to the profile inside aluminium extrusion. Holds solid and rigid. Great option for very little money. Tried to add some photos but got message saying forum full can’t add attachments. I’ll try again.

Tried adding photos again, forum has exceeded its attachment limit. Sorry about that.

You can always upload to Imgur then post the link here. Or use an image hosting site. The host I use is vgy.me . For vgy.me choose/copy the link offered to post with.

Thanks! Will have to order another one and try it out. I as considering another MFA, but that seems a little overkill. Might also go with an Increase too.

Wow, now that is one way of ripping your sheet goods down!!! I have managed to put the photos of my clamping piece on imgur as suggested, not a big fan of social media but wanted to be able to show my simple but cheap rip fence. I have a piece of ply I attach with t nuts but it’s not in the photo. I’m sure you know what I mean anyway. imgur.com/gallery/BVtZorN

Hey, no worries, glad to have helped out. I was going to buy another MFA but there £330 here in the UK so thought extra clamping piece and length of 20/40 would do me for now. Actually it works perfectly! I find with the extension table on the 20/40 fence is easier for doing rips of any width. Using the MFA with the extension table on you have to remove table to cut narrow widths.
