Does anyone know where I can get the Mafell Rail bag in the U.S.? I got my MT55 today and two 160 rails and I think I'd like to keep them protected when I travel with them.
Thanks in advance!

You can get the bosch rail deal from toolstop. Great deal and it comes with a bag. I currently can fit four tracks in the bag with room to spare.

We are assuming that you already know the Bosch rails are exactly the same as Mafell besides the color.
The actual Mafell bag can be purchased from Timberwolf Tools where you must have purchased your MT55.
I will get a picture of each on here for you in a minute.

You assumed correctly I didn't see the Mafell Bag listed on their (Timberwolf) website. The Mafell rails are so much nicer than the Festool rails that I wouldn't mind having an extra or two(bosch or mafell). The simplicity of the connection and straightness is making me rethink lengths and needs. I used to dread putting the Festool rails together.....

And here is the 4th picture since it only allows 3 per post- Bosch & Mafell rail connector.

Timberwolf Tools can order any tool or accessory that Mafell manufactures.
The Mafell bag is called "Guide Pocket F160", part# 204626, price $85

I am thinking Timberwolf has a lot of stuff that isn't on their web site. I bet if you wait a little while the bosch rails will become available again…it has happened once already. I like having 3 of the 160 rails. Even though the connector couldn't be better & easier I would still rather leave two connected for the 8' direction on sheet goods and have the third rail for crosscutting the 4'. Thanks for the photos. That's typically what I did with the Festool. 55" for cross cuts and 106" for rips. Nice to be able to just grab off the wall when working on a job site. I'll keep my eyes out for that Bosch set and call Timberwolf about the Mafell bag.

Must admit when I first got my kss400 2/1600 rails angle attachment and hoover I just cheekily said if I got the bag for free I would do the deal

I have Festool rails ( yeah well...) and saw the Makita bag P-67810. Awesome padding, great straps to keep rails held in place but outside pockets are a bit small for rails connectors. Damn, this bag was almost perfect.
How is the padding on Mafell rail bag ?

I like it but can't compare it to any of the competitors. It won't fit the aero fix rail though

...unless you take the fitting off the bottom of the rail. Just have to be careful not to lose the small fixing screw.
