There are quite a few aluminium grooving cutting machines available, Festool do one too.
The Groove 90 is clearly a licensed Mafell MF26 - even says Mafell on the blade.

Can safely say "for aluminium" isn't actually meaning to not to use it on wood and plastic and other materials what Mafell is for. Got the info from a group on FB, people were pointing out high pricing and difficulty to understand reasoning for making differently labelled saw.

From the website it looks to be a US based setup, maybe the reason is to sell more over there.

I've requested quote- nothing... somebody mentioned full set at $3500, which is even more, what you'd pay for genuine MF26...

I'm not sure how much the Mafell runs at with all the cutters, crosscut rail etc., but it's not cheap. I just have the trenching block and crosscut rail. Would like the 90 deg V cutter and multi blade for curves, but I'll hold off until I 'need' them.
