I have tried today the Deros for the first time in a proyect and I placed all the screws and bolts as the manual say it is the best way when using a protecting pad. I noticed much more vibartion with the pad saver than without and I was wonder if there is any configuration of the counterweights that can minimize vibration.

No... just take it off if the flex of the saver makes it jerk, or charge the RPM (orbits/minute) to see if that has an effect.
it is not balance... it is sticking and releasing, due to the flex in the pad saver...

Reducing speed 1 point helped a lot.
Balancing with screws and bolts makes any difference or does not worth to play with it?

Reducing speed 1 point helped a lot. Balancing with screws and bolts makes any difference or does not worth to play with it? If it does not bounce and Jerk without the pad saver, then I think that the balance would not be a causal mechanism for the jerking?
