Hello,
I was looking at getting the Bosch track saw for $599 us dollars with free rails and connector but after reading the reviews and watching YouTube videos of the twisted base plate i am having second thoughts on the bosch.....
I then started looking at the mafell and realized the saw only is $615 us dollars from timberwolf tools but adding the mafell rails and connector push the price to around $1,100 US dollars.
I can get the bosch tracks and connector for around $250 which would keep the price for the mafell saw with bosch rails under $900.
Is there any problem with using the Mafell saw on all bosch rails?

No problem at all. Apart from the Mafell 'Aerofix', I use Bosch rails with my MT55.

You can use most rails with the Mafell - Mafell, Bosch, Festool, Makita, Metabo

All those Bobbie Bosch "FSN" rails & accessories are basically, for all intents & purposes also Mafell rails & acc's: i.e. indistinguishable except for corporate branding & livery.
