This is either a Mafell MKS 130 or MKS 145. With power all things are possible!

My Mafell dealer showed me the ZSX TWIN Version with two Cuprex 3000W Motors lately in his showroom, each Machine has its own Power-Cord. What a MONSTER! It was ordered by a customer. :-)

Yeah window was too big. Someone I know had got a load of double glazing units and was giving them away for free, so from the glass sizes I made the opening to suit the glass sizes and must have miss calculated. So for 2 windows I had to only buy the wood which cost £120 and my own time. Then I manged to get the timber preservative for free as well. So they have had 2 coats of base and will get another 2 coats of stains I used the doweler for the joints instead of the comb joints a proper workshop set up would be great and the specialist cutter blocks would be great

Holy crap! Looks really scary in the beginning. I kept waiting for his router bit to snap... The ability to quickly duplicate patterns is pretty cool though.

Holy shit! This is crazy alright, no dust collection at all In all seriousness though, I like his setup and template idea. Reminds me of Matthias Wandel's pantorouter. I would at least smooth out that piece of lumber a fair bit first though, for obvious reasons.
