...all you Erika owners who have posted here over the years. Definitely helped me choosing what extras to order.
Been about 4 years I've known about Mafell (thanks to my disappointment with certain Festools and the FOG), and 3 years since I've decided on an Erika, but I must say 3 or 4 days for delivery seems like a lifetime!.. have to wait until the beginning of next week now!
So I went with the Erika 85 (which includes the MFA and wheels), the 1000mm MFA extension including drop stop, the clamping device, 2x 1000mm rails, router table extension, and the sliding table. Clean box out of stock so will be coming later.
I don't have the Mafell router, but I got a good deal on all of this, so the router extension will do as a table extension for now.
Very excited!..

Nice! Congrats on your new saw. I would suggest getting the Telescopic rod, part 038309 in the near future.

Remember that with your MFA and the 1m fence that the MFA adjusts for length as you adjust the miter angle. An amazing tool, you won't regret it!

The Telescopic rod is an extension for the fence when using the sliding table or the pull function. I got a drop stop for it as well.

I'm very pleased with the Erika, very precise for such a portable saw. It has it's failings, dust collection is not great - at some I'll go back through Jonathan's post and see if it can be improved. The riving knife moving over as the blade drops to the last couple of mm... and of course as I've already mentioned in another thread, the 'not cheap' micro adjust rip blade that is not square.
Despite it's faults, I can't see anything else on the market that would interest me or compete - and given a bit of time (which I don't have at the moment), it should be possible to improve the faults.
