Can the glue stay in the pot between projects? Or do you need to clean the lines at the end of each day? Glue stays in the pot. I have the A12 which holds 2 gallons. I fill it up with T3, seal it up, pressurize it to 5 bar and it's ready to go whenever I am. Just make sure there's water in the cup for the gun and that's all there is to it. Rangate sells them among other places.

WOW!
This is on the list for sure. One problem a have is in large or complicated glue-ups when time is essential which is more common then not. I use T2 but have considered switching to T3 for longer open time.

Here is a tool I sometimes use for pulling out nails. It us really handy when the nail head has snapped off.

Great thread...
For me, I love the Festool OF2200 router...would buy another one in a heartbeat if mine was stolen. the little bronze Lie-Nielsen 102 block plane is a must -- feels so good in the hand and so versatile. I also like my Starrett squares - the little 4 inch square is a great tool as is the six inch combination...use them all the time. Also love my 1/2 sheet RS2E sander by Festool...I think that all furniture/cabinet makers need a 1/2 sheet sander.

Another thanks to Garch for the lead on these clamps. My old (just over 1 year old) jorgensen gear clamp, one of the two, died last week so I replaced it with these new Bessey LC12 gear clamps. I couldn't figure out why they were so expensive in comparison- $65 vs $20 for the jorgensen's. I couldn't tell the scale from pics or videos online but when they showed up and I held them for the first time it all made sense. I am so confident that I will love them that I feel good about putting them in the "other great tools" thread before I have even worked with them. A few pics showing them next to my old ones. Strange that they are both "12" gear clamps". My old ones look like kids toys...and I liked them haha.

Well now I am going to have to look up the K-body clamps. I think Jalvis has referred to them before too. This forum is expensive:)

Well now I am going to have to look up the K-body clamps. I think Jalvis has referred to them before too. This forum is expensive:) I like K-Body clamps, but if you get glue on them they do not work well and it is a PITA to clean it out. I actually really like traditional bar clamps in different sizes. Cheap, clamps tight and it does not matter about glue. Just some thoughts. I have around 20 or so K-Bodies -- the newer ones and the older red handled ones.

Yeah. I bought 16 k-body clamps last year when amazon was clearing house. Got them for a third the price of retail.
Agree with the glue problem. Becomes a pain to deal with.
