Yup, the cxs is a very handy drill. Waiting on the batteries to give on my cxs then either the txs or mafell the 10,8 drill. If they become available here. Meta, if you're in na I'd get the metabo as the mafell is just a rebranded version And is undoubtedly going to be more expensive.

Cpo tools is running a running a 15% off sale on Metabo tools, including the new 18volt drill driver. Unfortunately, the metabo vacuums are not included in this promotional offering or else i most likely would have picked one up. I've been checking Cpo tools since they acquired Tyler Tool some 4+ years ago and only rarely is Metabo offered at a discount, relative to the more ubiquitous brands, so my this may be the best deal available on those drills until this coming december. No secret code is required, just go to the website and you'll see the promo code, participating brands and which tools are being offered at the discount.

Thats a nice looking drill with the smaller battery. Still prefer the C style drills from Festool. The wrap handle on the C style for added storage and the hand being higher and in-line with the motor are great designs. I would hate to go back.

What impressed me about the sander was not just that sacked up the dust it was also that when work an edge it still worked reasonably well with the abranet paper. Where I'm used to the old fashioned orbital sanders and doing narrow edges dust extraction is pointless as the holes are in the wrong place

The screws in vid where monster screws about the thickness of your little finger. I did make a vid of one screw getting put in and also had a shot myself to make sure there was no cheating by going in an old hole. I can honestly say it drove the screws all the way in with no pilot hole just straight

Love my metabo, highly recommended. Unfortunately it's so powerful and smooth I just started blasting 3" holes all over the place because it chews through 2x like it was 1/4"
